Product Review: Revisiting the Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Electronic Pelvic Toner

It’s been just over six months since I first reviewed the Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Toner and, as much as I love kegel exercises, I’ve usually moved on to different tester items by this point as I cycle through different adult products for you reading please (and I do hope it is a pleasure).

So, it’s no small feat that the Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Electronic Pelvic Toner has managed to stay in my life almost consistently since it first entered it.

I say almost because I must hold my hands up and confess to a small lapse in my Kegel8  routine.

But not I’m back in action and feeling better than ever. *Cue Rocky music*

The moment this product entered my life everything changed (or at least my kegel exercises did).

As it happens my brief absence from my Kegel8 system also let me appreciate just how much I adore this device and just how much of a difference it makes.

The request to revisit the Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Electronic Pelvic Toner was made by Kegel8, who wanted to check in on my progress.

This brought a smile to my face.

Although I completely understand their reasoning, rarely do companies check in to make sure how I’m doing with a product months after I’ve reviewed it. But Kegel8 sincerely wanted to know if I’d made any progress and if their product had helped me in the long run.

This is my response.

The Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Electronic Pelvic Toner

For those unacquainted with my previous review I am going to give a brief summary of this marvelous device, so strap in and get ready for a primer on the perks of this product.

I won’t beat around the bush—the Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Electronic Pelvic Toner is expensive. £129.99 expensive to be precise. But it is, in my opinion, the best investment in kegel health that you can make. That is if you don’t mind being mildly electrocuted.

That may sound scary at first but these small electric pulses are no different to a TENS machine in terms of gently working your body. They can also be adjusted in intensity to cater to your personal comfort level. At the gentlest setting, they are naught but a tickle inside your vagina, on the higher levels it feels more like a jolt or a tingle, depending on the mode.

Looking back at this picture I am left smiling.

These electronic pulses cause your vaginal muscles to clench without effort and this is where the kegel exercises come in. This may deter some people (the sensation can be too alien for some) but it’s also a lifeline for people who really can’t figure out where there kegel muscles are located or who lack the strength to manually begin an effective kegel exercise routine.

But, even if you are a kegel veteran, I must admit there’s something wonderfully reassuring about the Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Electronic Pelvic Toner. When using this product all I need to is switch it on, adjust the intensity (I like it at max), and get on with what I have to do.

The Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Electronic Pelvic Toner even has a clip on the back so that it can be safely secured to your trousers (or other fashion item) to allow for free range of motion.

My favourite way to use my Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Electronic Pelvic Toner is when I’m writing a review or when I’m just laying down and mellowing. The Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Electronic Pelvic Toner has 12 different exercise settings (each one catered to a different pelvic problem) and I use an exercise that lasts near an hour. This is ideal for what I want, but sessions can last for a variety of different times, some much briefer, giving everyone access to pelvic floor exercises.

As someone who does like to stay at max setting allow me to let you know just what that feels like (if you are curious). It’s sharp but not painful. Very powerful, and when your muscles clench you know. It’s actually so potent that it even causes my leg to twinge a little bit which, again, is surreal at first but now I’ve found a certain amount of comfort and familiarity in it. Like meeting your threshold during any other exercise (or the lurch before the dip on a rollercoaster) there is an exhilaration about using the Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Electronic Pelvic Toner which is surprisingly addictive. Not to mention effective as all hell.

When I first started using the Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Electronic Pelvic Toner I was struggling a bit with my bladder. This was a surprise to me as I was pretty sure my pelvic floor muscles were rock solid, but I didn’t know the meaning of the phrase (positively, at least) until I started using the Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Electronic Pelvic Toner.

A month in to using the Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Electronic Pelvic Toner I found my muscles were stronger, my orgasms were longer, and my vaginal control was unparalleled. I found myself gaining in sexual confidence, as I could actually feel what I was doing with more clarity. I could clench more frequently and essentially put on a little show with my vaginal muscles—internal massaging Mr Peaches.

Over time this improved further and it certainly didn’t go amiss. ‘You’re so tight’ Mr Peaches whispered one day into my ear. It was followed by a rewarding chuckle and a praising grab of my vulva. What made this thoughtful to me (and not cheesy) was that he knew how much work I’d been putting in and he wanted to let me know that it was paying off. I felt extremely accomplished.

This probe needs to change.

The probe used for this system is rigid and has an adjustable disc at its base which allows you to put it comfortably in place and this is probably my only downside of this product—it is not comfortable at all. At times the disc has got propped uncomfortably in place, but not to the point that I noticed until the full hour passed, then when I shifted…let’s just say that there was a yelp.

A different probe by default, or a softer silicone disc, would take this item from being ‘brilliant’ to ‘flawless’ (or pretty damned close).

Final Thoughts

Now, of course, the Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Electronic Pelvic Toner does have its limitations. If electrocution is a hard no for you then so is this exerciser. If feeling like your body is moving without your control is a no, I can 100% respect that. And if you’d rather test your skill through active, controlled clenching that you can develop over time then you’ll either want to do that alongside the Kegel8 Ultra Vitality Electronic Pelvic Toner exercises or omit this exerciser altogether.

But, in all honesty, this is, without a doubt, the best kegel exerciser I’ve owned, and I will repeat that until the cows come home. I use it as diligently as I can and I am always left with impressive results. I honestly couldn’t be happier with it.

Kegel8, you are amazing!
