Toy Review: The Infinity Rechargeable Silicone G-Spot Vibrator

It seems there’s been a trend in the reviews this week: a trend of accessible toys that are well worth a purchase if you’re interesting in exploring new products or if you’re a beginner looking for a toy to test the waters. The Infinity Rechargeable Silicone G-Spot Vibrator definitely falls into this category and, at less than £20, it’s yet another great purchase for those who want to try the ‘luxury’ sex toy experience without having to break the bank.

The Infinity Rechargeable Silicone G-Spot Vibrator is especially good for those who want to explore the wonderful world of texture. I mean, just look at it. A single glance and you know that you’re in for a non-conventional experience. But non-conformity comes at a price and a toy like this is always a bit of a risk. For me the risk didn’t necessarily pay off, but that doesn’t mean that I’d rule it out for others.

The Infinity Rippled Silicone G-Spot Vibrator

The Infinity Rechargeable Vibrator is a G-Spot vibrator with a twist. Or, to be more precise, a curved shaft decorated with multiple spirals meant to add additional sensation and heighten pleasure. Not only does the Infinity Rechargeable Vibrator have these wave-like forms but it also has a very well-designed and persistently firm tip which is perfectly primed to hit the G-Spot. All of this is aided by the firm and inflexible shaft of the Infinity Rechargeable Vibrator, which allows you to add as much pressure as your sweet heart desires.

This toy is affordable and quirky. Two great perks.

Considering this vibrator is only £20 over at Shop Naughty is has an incredible amount of ‘luxury’ perks. It’s waterproof, USB Rechargeable, has 10 different patterns (3 of which are different intensities), and has an LED light on its control which makes its one-button control system even easier to navigate with the lights off.

The Infinity Rechargeable Vibrator is also made from ABS plastic and silicone, making it non-porous, phthalate-free, and completely body-safe. Alas, this silicone is not silky smooth like most ‘luxury’ vibrators. Instead it has chosen to go for a peculiar surface sensation which can best be described as ‘grippy’.  It almost feels rubbery in how it clings against the skin. I’m not the biggest fan of this surface but once it’s lubed up it does become nice and slippery and has surprisingly less grip than a conventionally silky/matte silicone tone. It’s sleek and smooth making thrusting an absolute breeze, which is exactly what you want with a rippled toy like this.

This toy is very easy to recharge.
This toy is very easy to recharge.

With a maximum circumference of 4.25 inches and an insertable length of 6 inches, the Infinity Rechargeable Vibrator is suitable for most users, even if you’re relatively new to sex toys (or textured toys). That being said the texture on the Infinity Rechargeable Vibrator is actually quite subtle. With each ripple there is a slight widening of the vaginal opening and then a gentle dip but it’s nothing too substantial. It’s a gentle motion which reminds me of a particularly relaxing tide calmly rolling in and out on a warm beach.

Much more noticeable is the tip of this toy which is firm and very capable of hitting the G-Spot. When I rock this tip against my G-Spot just right I can have some very intense orgasms, as the gentle waves of the shaft work in tandem with the firm arch of the tip to prompt the vaginal muscles to contract even more with every motion.

The vibrations provided by this toy aid in this sensation but, honestly, they’re rather standard at best. Mostly buzzy, this vibrator has more than enough oomph and a noticeably quivering undertone which adds depth to its vibrations. This means that, if you rank yourself as a fan of ‘standard’ strength vibrations then the Infinity Rechargeable Vibrator will have the usual range covered for you.

However this vibrator didn’t personally work for me.

“But wait,” you may be thinking, “You just said that you can have strong orgasms with this toy. What gives!?”

Yes, it’s true that I can achieve orgasm with this toy, and when I position the toy ‘just right’ I can have some pretty intense experience. But the curve, the texture, and the angle of this toy come together in just the right way to feel entirely ill-suited for my body. It’s like trying to jam the wrong jigsaw piece in to place. It certainly could fit with effort, but it’s frustrating to get to that point and is never quite as satisfying as getting the right fit.

But, as I’m sure you can imagine, this is a very personal criticism against the Infinity Rechargeable Vibrator and does not necessarily reflect poorly on the toy. It’s simply a case of different folks, different strokes.

However if, like me, you know that non-conventional shapes are a risk then you may want to consider whether the Infinity Rechargeable Vibrator is a risk you want to take.

When it comes to more objective downsides there is only one major flaw with this toy. Because it’s just got a single button you have to filter through all of the settings in order to revisit the one you want. Alternatively you have to turn it on and off again. Both of these options are irksome. What’s more this particular vibrator has the strongest vibration intensity first which is the exact opposite of what most users want in terms of an intuitive experience. It’s not ideal.

Dear Sex toy makers: Please avoid single-button controls and, if you need to use them, please don't have your most intense vibrations come first.

Beyond this point, though, there really isn’t much else to be said against this toy. It’s well-made, delivers on vibration strength, and has a design that knows how to feel unique. Whether or not that’s a good thing is up to your body.

Final Thoughts

Overall this is a toy that I can appreciate even if I can’t personally enjoy it.

In a market where accessible body-safe toys are only just becoming readily available I welcome every new addition out there, especially when it ticks all the boxes in terms of performance.

The fact that this vibrator presents a non-conventional vibrator is just another element of the toy that works to its advantage, as it provides more affordable options for those who want to expand their sexual experiences.

Because of this I can’t really hold my incompatibility of this toy against it. The bottom line is that this toy can and will work for some, and I recommend it to anyone who is interested.

Recommend to:

People who like subtle/gentle texture.

People who like firm shafts.

People who like buzzy vibrations.

Do Not Recommend to:

People who prefer standard shapes.

People who prefer flexible shafts.

People who prefer rumbly vibrations.
